Planmeca offers an online ordering system for spare parts, enabling distributors to submit orders directly into Planmeca’s ordering system and access up-to-date price lists. In the online ordering system, you can view real-time order processing information, browse your existing orders, and track shipments. Access is restricted to registered Planmeca One users only.

PlanWeb includes a remote support system for Planmeca’s suppliers. Through the service, it is possible to receive and confirm orders via public internet.
