ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE NOTED 72 HOURS BEFORE ARRIVAL DATE SO WE CAN PLAN ACCORDINGLY. LODGING IS RESERVED LONG IN ADVANCE FOR OUR TRAINEES. ALL NO-SHOWS WILL BE BILLED FOR THE COSTS ACCRUED OF HOTEL ROOMS UNUSED IN THEIR ABSENCE.
