Imaging parameters made simple

Planmeca ProX GO comes with a fixed 70 kV and 3 mA tube with a 0.3 mm focal spot, enabling quality images for accurate diagnostics and informed decision-making. The device supports digital sensors, such as Planmeca ProSensor® HD, and is also fully compatible with phosphor plates and film. Furthermore, the exposure time can be adjusted between 0.02–0.5 s to optimise the dose for different diagnostic needs.

The chairside imaging experience both improves patient comfort and reduces any potential feelings of anxiety – while the comprehensive safety features of the device ensure both are shielded from unwanted radiation.

Robust radiation protection

To ensure both patient and user protection, Planmeca ProX GO comes with numerous carefully designed safety features that shield from secondary radiation even when the device is held close to the body. The unit includes both advanced internal shielding against leakage radiation as well as an effective external backscatter shield against scattered radiation – both of which are fully compliant with the strictest radiation safety requirements, including US FDA as well as state regulations, such as the Mich. Admin. Code R. 333.5396. Its easy usability, clear instructions for use, and rectangular collimator option further minimise exposure.

Compact and installation-free

Planmeca ProX GO is a compact and mobile device which combines a small footprint with portable freedom. It is ready to use straight out of the box without the need for installation, special constructions, or wiring inside walls, making it particularly suitable for operatories where space is tight or where fixed installations are otherwise not an option. Share conveniently between clinic rooms and eliminate the need for multiple X-ray devices. No calibrations necessary.

Long-lasting battery life

The high-quality rechargeable lithium-polymer battery enables over 300 exposures in a single charge. The device is easy to charge without removing the battery, and the battery can also be replaced, when necessary. Additionally, Planmeca ProX GO comes with automatic dimming, sleep, and power saving features which further maximise the battery power.
