Planmeca Insights keeps you in the know

Automated messages on device states or issues encountered can be programmed to notify the right people, such as maintenance personnel. Individual device data can be used to optimise maintenance times and address problems – even before they happen.

Extensive device data confirms that your valuable equipment is maintained correctly and in line with agreed practice. Additionally, detailed usage information offers insight into how and when devices are being used for more informed decision-making. Data can also be compared across multiple locations for improved clinic management and optimised workflows.

How does Planmeca Insights work?

Planmeca Insights is available in two different subscription tiers with different characteristics. Planmeca Insights™ Plus tells live and historical information about the devices with which you are able to analyse their usage. Planmeca Insights™ Premium provides more automated analysis while offering also additional features and a possibility to export information to different platforms. There are two alternative choices to enable connecting devices to Planmeca Insights.

• Planmeca Insights™ Hub, a software installed to a computer with access to devices or device networks. Insights Hub uses computer internet access to send data to the cloud.

• Planmeca ConBo™, a physical device that runs Insights Hub as its own. ConBo is connected to devices or device networks with ethernet cables. It utilises its internal SIM card to send data to the cloud.
